LEAD COACH BEN
I used to work in the city, but in 2021, I decided to make a change in my life and follow two of my major passions: football and fitness.
Not only are they things that I enjoy immensely, they provide a platform where I can help others achieve their own goals and targets.
I qualified as a football coach in 2012, when my son was playing for Tigers JFC, and I coached and managed his team from U8 to U18.
I hold an FA Level 1 Coaching Badge, I am DBS checked, hold a Safeguarding for Children certificate and an Introduction to First Aid in Football certificate. I also have an Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training. I am working towards my Active IQ Level 4 qualifications in both Strength & Conditioning and Advanced Nutrition.
ALL STAR FOOTBALL ACADEMY
All Star Football Academy Essex is part of the All Star Football Academy family.
We aim to create a positive and fun learning environment for players of all ages and abilities to thrive in.
We use a variety of coaching styles and methods to satisfy all aspects of the All Star Football Academy four corner model (see graphic).
Our players will learn and experience small sided games, multidirectional technical practices and so much more, with everything relating to the game itself.
